The Cool Cat Drive sounds good

I just got a Cool Cat Drive, and so far I am quite impressed with it. As with all the Cool Cat pedals, they are true bybass, have a metal casing, and metal jacks.

The controls are the usual ones - Volume, Tone and Drive.

What is extra interesting with the Cool Cat pedals is the price - they are inexpensive. This nice Drive pedal goes for only $24.00!

The Cool Cat Drive sounds great. Quite transparent, and crips and good for blues and rock. No high gain metal sounds to be had here, of course.

I'll be back with more review details soon. I like this thing a lot!

I just used my new Cool Cat Drive this morning for a gig, and it sounded GREAT in my IN-Ears! It reminds me of an old Marshall Plexi turned up. Great, thick mids and low end, and no ice pick! A great value! I like it way better than most of my $200+ "boutique" pedals!
