Buying a new house
« on: January 04, 2011, 11:06:16 PM »
Hopefully. :)

We found this amazing house, built back in 1982. It's in immaculate condition, and it's very impressive. 2100 something square feet - big oh ya!

We don't know if we can afford it yet - we are seeing the bank tomorrow morning. We are hoping... my studio would also be a bit larger in that house, and I would have a separate room for micing my amps...  ;D

This could happen soon, and right now I'm super busy renovating the kitchen and bathroom so we can easier sell our current house.

Best of luck to you.  In my state of Michigan (USA for our overseas friends), most of our homes are worth about half of what we paid for them a few years ago.  While I can afford a much bigger home, I cannot get rid of the home I'm already in...

Wow that sounds nice Robert.
My wife has been looking at models recently, but not sure if we will be buying anytime soon. We didn't win the lottery yet  ;D

I'm a Carpenter and run a building business, I agree with the fingers ! Find it impossible to work in gloves though.
