Keeping Dolphin Street forum alive
« on: May 29, 2016, 06:48:25 PM »
We have a very nice forum here and our members are great.  I know now that we are heading into the summer months with them bbq's and usually the internet forums slow down a lot. But if all of us here can post a bit more (including me) I think we can keep this forum alive during the summer.  Let's all pitch in now.  :)

I was lurking around last night and I saw the thread title and decided to log in again.  I haven't been here in a LONG time, mainly because I really haven't been focusing on guitar lately.  I noodle around with my first real guitar, which was out of commission until I installed new strings and raised the action to get rid of the fret buzz that affected almost all of the neck.  But other than that, I really haven't payed much attention to playing.

Anyway, it had been so long, that I forgot my password, so when I entered my e-mail address to change it, the forum gave me my initial user name, which I never really used because it always gave me problems when trying to log in all those years ago.  I finally made another account under the name of 'secondtry' back then; under which I posted less than 50 times.  The 'secondtry' account was the one I forgot my password to, so now I am back to my original username, but at least I can log in again. :)

Well, welcome back! This place is pretty slow nowadays. I do check it regularly though. Reb and Vladan post nice clips "semi-frequently".
