The Visual Sound One-Spot Adapter is an adapter which can power many pedals. It is quite inexpensive, and it makes life so much easier for a guy with many pedals (like me). It is also very quiet and produces no annoying hum like some power adapters do.
It is very small, it takes up only position on your power bar/strip or wall outlet. This is a really great feature.
You can use a massive amount of pedals without problems, as long as you stay under 1700mA. In practice, you can have up around twenty guitar pedals plugged in - that should be enough I would think!
I use the optional multi-plug cables for powering more than one pedal - this is a must if you have over four pedals.
The One-Spot Adapter is guaranteed to work with any equipment that uses one of the following adapters: Boss PSA, Boss ACA, Danelectro DA-1, DOD PS-200R, Dunlop ECB-03, Ibanez AC-109, Korg A30950, Morley 9V, Zoom AD-0006.
The One-Spot Adatper now has a new converter plugs, which means the 1 SPOT will work with virtually any 9 Volt pedal - even Line 6 modeling pedals.
This 1-Spot also takes care of converting international voltage (100V-240V) automatically - you need no transformer.
Finally, it comes with a 3 meter (10') cable. This is also great thing, cause it isn't unusual to have some distance to a power source on a stage. 3 meters will be enough in most cases.
I think the One-Spot Adapter is fantastic. It powers my pedals beautifully, doesn't hum at all, and it is super affordable. It is one of the best purchases you can do if you use a lot of guitar pedals and want to avoid going the battery and frustration route.
