Porter Pickups 1950s Hand Wound Vintage Single Coils
I have the pleasure of owning the Porter 1950's Vintage Single Coils. These are sweet sounding pickups. They feature staggered AlNiCo 5 magnets and are wound with same spec heavy forvmar coated 42 AWG wire used on the real 50's pickups.
These pickups are not very hot and I find them just right for that classic single coil tone we often associate with an old Stratocster.
