Jessika - teenage actress and book worm
Introduction
My name is Jessika, I am a teenager going into grade 10 and I live in Canada. I am mostly interested in Acting/Drama (see my Acting Page), Animals, and my friends. I have traveled quite a lot; I have been to B.C., Saskatchewan, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Hawaii and Disneyland. My favorite trip was the one to Germany, Denmark, and Sweden because I got to meet a lot of people and go to some really cool places, one of the places I remember most is going to the old castles which was really cool. In Germany we went down the highway with no speed limit and we went slower than we?ve ever driven before because there was so much traffic.
Acting and Movies
I have been an extra in movies like The Twelve Days of Christmas Eve, Catching the Chameleon, and I play the daughter in upcoming movie Waking Up Walter: The Walter Gretzky Story, the true story about the father of the famous hockey player Wayne Gretzky.
Reading Books
My favorite book series is definitely Harry Potter but otherwise I like tons of other books some of the more memorable ones are Inkheart (Cornelia Funke), The Thief Lord (Cornelia Funke), The Georgia Nicholson Series (Louise Rennison), The Shadow Children Series (Margaret Peterson Haddix), and the list could go on forever because I am a bookworm.
Pets
I have owned a lot of pets in my life - a guinea pig, hamster, dog, cat, fish, more dogs, and more cats and I know a lot about all of these pets because to get them I had to research all that I could. Pets are great!
Music
I am interested in music and I play the Flute, Drums and some Guitar. I learned to play the flute in a school band and the drums I learned mostly by myself except for one lesson. Robert has tried to teach me how to play guitar and I?ve listened to some of it but otherwise I just know the basics. I like all kinds of music pretty much but my favorite is Old Rock (Motley Crue, Led Zeppelin) some new punk rock (Blink 182) and music from musicals (Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera).
Style of music
For playing purposes I play whatever comes to mind on the drums, and whatever music I'm given in band. I have 2 younger sisters which can get annoying a lot but on the whole I love them both. My favorite at home past time is drinking tea with a new copy of the fashion magazine LOU LOU, and otherwise I just love hanging with my friends and acting.
