Recommended software for guitar players
I have found a few useful software tools that I want to mention. They are either free or shareware, and the shareware costs are really small, so support the developers and pay for the software if you find it useful. The links will open in a new window.
- Hammerhead Rhythm Station - a cool drum loop program. Very useful for practicing and making drum loops. Freeware.
- AP Tuner - a fantastic guitar tuner. Shareware.
- Power Tab Editor a guitar and bass tablature authoring tool for Windows. Freeware.
- PaceMaker - PaceMaker is a plug-in for WinAmp which can speed up or slow down the music tempo without affecting the pitch of the song. It can also change the music pitch without affecting the tempo. It is a fantastic tool for learning faster notes.
I'll add more to this list as I find useful software for guitar players.
