I am off to Guelph, Ontario this weekend, where I will be running the National Championships in Cross-Country Running. Should be interesting.
I'm in the Masters category now, age group 40-45, and I hope to place top 10 at least. I've always wanted to run the National Championships, both in Sweden and Canada, but it never happened. Until now...
