Unpleasant Surprise Fuzz Demo

This is a fuzz pedal by Fairfield Circuitry, made in Quebec, Canada.

It's got a very thick and fat tone, I really like it. It's meant to be nasty and choppy - it has a gate feature, which will cut off the signal at a certain point. You can control the severity of this by turning the Onset knob.

Description

The fruit of an oddball circuit, hanging there awkwardly by some parasitic effect. Tweaked, bended and shoe-horned to optimize it's stench, it's unpleasance. Time has come to turn all dynamics to shit. Strangely, it feels very natural.

I used a Hagstrom Swede into a Suhr Badger 18.

I love the tone of this pedal!
