Loved  it! ;D I'm in to that kind of stuff. Too bad I never got the hang of it. I got "Blues" hands.

I'll admit that Biréli Lagrène is a new name for me, though my old brain cells remember John McLaughlin from his Mahavishnu Orchestra days - I vividly remember seeing them on TV some 40 years or so ago and my jaw dropping to the floor in amazement. A quick trawl on YouTune tells me that Biréli Lagrène has a big talent.

I'm another with "Blues" hands though, and slow ones at that - go past the basic pentatonics and six modes and I'm totally lost and I think i twould take me several days to play that many notes!

really..i'd love that album if i weren't tapped out both on 'data' and 'money'.  good stuff robert!
