Had a Country Gig last night

Last night I played a country gig here in town. My buddy Craig Owen Jenkins has put out a new album, and it's really great. It was a fun but short gig! My Hell No 2 guitar worked perfectly for this style of music.

It surelly is very prfessionally executed, from both performing and technical sides. I don't really know enough about contemporary genre to judge.

Thank God...A country song that ISN'T about trucks, honkytonk queens, etc.!!!

I especially like the fact that this song is straight-ahead country music. No wailing leads or banjo runs. I'm sure the Hell No. 2 was just right for this.

What other equipment did you use on the gig? Just curious.

I used my Reverend Hellhound combo and my Line 6 M9 stompbox modeler.

Cool tones...

That's a rare Reverend Amp. I talked to them about it. They wanted a high quality built amp at less than $1,000. They spent more money on returns from faulty overseas production. They were losing money on them... Great tones though.
