The answer to all of the questions is: Yes. My work,

I drove the car, shot the video, edited it, reharmonized Roxy Music's tune, played all the guitars (bass I programed in sequencer), recorded it all, made a clip and uploaded it to Youtube.
The most of my videos are such, even most of the tunes are mine originals. There are only 2 exceptions (One with "Louie Louie" by Flamin Groovies, and one with "Need me" by Igor Berlinski, a friend of mine).

guitar tone is Squier Tele (MIJ E6...), stock except the bridge. I went dry into mixer (Event EZBus) into DAW.

there I added amp simulation, processing and FX.

May be of interest to someone. This is the proces of making this cover tune:

There are no drums. Just 2 guitars, bass and a brass patch played by MIDI guitar, for original melody in choruses 2, 3 and 4.

Middle solo part I threw out, because it's all solo now.

It repeats 4 times all together.
1. Basic melody, distorted sound with octave down.
2. Rockabillish thing with Boppy touches
3. Basic melody in 3rds
4. Similar to 2., but more exotic. Sort of Dance Jazzy stuff.
Intro and outro are my own creation.

Guitar is Squier Tele, dry to mixer (Event EZBus) to DAW (Cubase). Processing and FX done inside a DAW.

Bass was drawn in sequencer, based on original chords, but without listening to them, I was just trying to make the bass listenable on it's own, while maintening original harmony.
Then I played subd chords rhythm over it. Then I pushed the bass forward, made it "rushing", for an arbitrary ammount.
Than I played solo, over rushing bass, rhythm guitar and metronome click. It was not made in one take, but I played at least 8 - 16 bars per take. I'm rushing/ lagging o9ver the course of the tune, but you still could dance to it, I think.

Originaly, tune goes (each "chorus"):

This part wass the only one where I adapted bass line to new chords, for 2 bars only, there where it's changed to em7(b5)| A7|.
 
  Part D (This is actualy a chorus, refrain): C| F| G| G| x 4
subs: GBE (for C); FAD (for F); GBF->FAD, and GBF->GBE->FAD (for G), with chromatic slides inbetween (on strings 432).
Basicaly, This kind of triads I play in parts A and B, too (on strings 4321). I do grab 4th string note, but sometimes I hit it, sometimes I do not. So when I say:

bm(7) it's actualy (B or A) DF#B
am(7) = (A or G)CEA
GM7/F# = (F#)BDG
F#m7b5 = {F#)CEA
em(7) = (E or G)BEG, or BDG
CM9 = (B)DGC

On C I play (on str. 5432):
dm(7) = DACF
Ddim = DAbBF
C#m7b5 (A9) = C#GBE
