Thought I might upload a few pics of new guitar I recently purchased its a ESP/LTD EC1000 with S/D Alnico II's.

Alnico IIs seem like a great idea to me. 3 of my 4 electric guitars have had upgraded pickups - all with Alnico II instead of V and all have been a huge improvement. Just my own personal taste of course - tone is highly subjective.

Thanks guys, Yes the EC1000 seem to be a very well made guitar especially for the price, with ESP locking tuners & the Seymours's standard, you don't see many bad words said about this model.... I am loving it
I sold my Gibson  60's Special Tribute SG to buy this, I just did not get along with the P90's & even though I take good care of my guitars the flexy neck on the Gibson worried me as well, it seemed rather fragile......
The best part was I sold the SG for more than I paid for it so that was a bonus
