Yeah, it IS good tone. Thanks for sharing that MLJ. Cool what you can find while websurfing. I found out about this cat yesterday while looking at some Wampler pedals. You guys probably already heard of him. Tom Quayle. I found out 'cause he has a signature Wampler overdrive pedal out. http://www.zzounds.com/item--WAMDUALFUSION Well, that's the pedal. This the some of the tone he cranks out. http://www.youtube.com/user/tq105?feature=watch Thing is, I've been gettin' this type of tone for years. Problem is, I don't have the fluid chops like that. I was kinda close until I injured my fingering hand. I can finger fast in short spurts, but not continuously. I just make due with what I got.

Yes Zag I'm on Wamplers mailing list & got that Dual Fusion demo a little while back when the pedal first came out.
Very talented player Tom Q, and that pedal would be a nice one too, as are most of the Wamplers but they are not cheap.
Here's another video of the Dual Fusion by one of my favourite reviewers Brett Kingman, I think his reviews are  far better than the Gearmandude.
But I guess I would say that as Brett is a fellow Aussie

Frankie Starr is/was one of my favorites on youtube (back when i had unlimited internet). don't get to see much of him nowadays, MLJ.

nuthin' wrong with Aussies, however...i have too low a data limit to watch.
