Mine aren't fast at all. I do have a way around that shortcoming tho'. I cheat by using not only the tip of the finger, but the part under the first joint of the finger as well. Thing is, the notes I use on the neck have to be close to each other so I can "rock" the finger between the notes. Easier to illustrate than to describe.

Very good lesson. Detailed, no BS. I mean, not very good, excellent.

With pinky, I'm really slow, but I fake with pulloffs and off beat picking. When I was a kid, and practiced scales and all that, It was much stronger and faster.
With ring I'm a little bit faster. The finger to be worked on, because it's covering the most usefull range. Unfortunately this is the weakest finger by human nature.
With middle finger I'm fastest, not nearly as you are, but it's kinda limited to 1/2 step  in range. I can hardly play whole step thrill. let alone larger interval.

Your lessons are fantastic!  Your hands are faster than the shutter speed of the camera, makes your fingers appear even faster...
