Are you thinking of trying it...? I wonder how well the existing pickups would work... would they do a good job on the extra strings.

I had a 12 string at one time. I spend half of my time tuning it and the other half of my time playing out of tune!!

I wouldn't mind trying one, but then comes the question of whether or not it's practical (for me). It appears the strings (6 pairs) are pretty close to being aligned over the pickup slugs. I'll bet that nut was fun to cut, plus that bridge (there appears to be 2 versions) looks intense too.
