Cool tips. I plan to (tried, but still can't maintain it in tempo all 32+16, or so, bars) do arpegios only excersise over those chords I played and posted yesterday. Very basic, even more basic than your em(7) arp.

The blues lick is extracool sounding. I really like how you always make it a hint, a clue, eye opener,..., it is a fish, but with instruction about fishing.
I'm not your custommer, but I see yoou take good care about quality control. Appreciated.

One more thing, on all your clips I see there are couple dislikes?! I really can not understand what is there to dislike. Good tone, nice presentation and a tip/ lessson one may find useful, or not, but to disslike?! I, meaan, realy ... Once I posted a clip to YT with 5 seconds of rainbow in the sky, and guess what, someone disliked it. Humans ...

Yeah, there are always someone not digging something... and they want to make it known, I guess. For me, it's to be expected, since I do blues, shred, jazz, rock, etc - there are probably purists in each area that don't like when I venture into something different!

It's okay, I have really tough skin.

You are too nice! No matter who's doing what (and your clips are on the one!), there's always some asshole who has issue with it. Or, anything else for that matter. There's one in every bunch that's why I don't even look at the likes/dislikes section at all. I feel if you don't like what you see or hear, simply make another selection. I don't think anybody is bound by any law that mandates looking at any one clip. You call 'em "purists" Robert, but then there's the more common label, "haters" (even tho' there's so many other name choices I won't say here  ::) )!

It's interesting to compare Youtube and Facebook. Youtube has both thumbs up AND thumbs down. Facebook has Like, but not Dislike button...hmm... interesting....

It does make sense to have both positive and negative feedback, if you think about it. It creates a balance. If I get a huge amount of thumbs down, then it's a clear message to me. It helps me to know when I did something stupid! As well as the opposite, of course. When I see 100 thumbs up and only 1 thumbs down, it tells me I did something right. :)

I agree with you 100%! However thumbs down is ONE thing, but when individuals that add negative comments a few clicks short if an insult, well...........let's put it this way, constructive criticism is one thing, destructive put downs and things of the like are another. I don't do the Facebook, Twitter thing and as far as YouTube goes I just listen to gear demos, lessons and music.
