Gasoline prices are really dropping

Just overnight we saw a price decrease of 5 yen per liter. Gas was at 143 yen per liter during the summer, now its at 116 yen a liter. That's a very big savings.

That was an interesting read.  Saudia can produce oil at 10 bucks a barrel. I wonder how much the South Americans produce oil at. Also although I was aware of it, but... America can not export oil?  Yet, the US govt. allows American companies to be bought out by former enemies, like China.
