Haven't tried one but I remember hearing about these years ago.

Sustain for days, just like Nigel Tufnel ;D I imagine?

I watched Vai do his thing on it. Nice toy I thought. I don't know if the girls would be to impressed with it, might last too long for them     ;D LOL ;D

Oooh ! The Edge has one ! Must get, not ! It would be entertaining for a small section of a gig, I guess, a very small section.

With the right amount of gain and well setup guitar with no tremolo, you can get sustain for days on your own.  One thing I absolutey loved with my new (used) Heritage is the sustain when I'm bending notes....  Tremolo guitars can do it too.  Look up Buddy Guy playing Damn Right I've Got the Blues on Guitarcenter's youtube link.  You'll see him get some awesome sustain from his guitar with the higher gain set....

Yeah, but can you get sustain like that at bedroom volumes?
