The more electronic crap on a guitar the more to go wrong! wonder if it comes with a tag like a friends Line 6, 75 watt amp that says not for touring use. All the electronics are too delicate for road use and temp changes. Wonder if the Gibson's are the same?

All those electronics are the reason why I went to a pure tube amp that can be fixed outright.  Not replaced with some kind of computer chip.
