Off to Sweden! Back April 5th
« on: March 24, 2011, 09:17:58 PM »
Will go home to my relatives in Sweden. Starting tomorrow morning. Will arrive in Stockholm lunch time on Saturday, then a long train ride up north awaits... 14 hour train ride and will see my brother early on Sunday morning.

I'm taking our 7 year old and 17 year old girls along. My isn't coming this time. Wish me luck!  :P

oh snap! stockholm? that's where Drain STH was from! awesome.
if alice in chains were women who knew how to rock, and jerry cantrel was actually more like dimebag, they would be drain.

Hi guys, I'm in Alvsbyn right now. It was a looooong ride here, but lots of fun. The night train was awesome. We slept in these little fold-down beds and the train kept on chugging along for 14 hours... and my brother wasn't there to pick us up when we arrived early morning in very cold weather.... turns out the time changed this day and there was confusion as to which hour were arriving at... but it worked out fine after a phone call.

We are jet lagged but I'm handling it better than the kids. Who needs sleep anyway when you're on holidays! :)

I'll post some pictures later if I get any good ones.

Hope you are all well.

Back again! The trip was wonderful. Saw and did so much.

If you ever go to Sweden, make sure you get a Max hamburger. They are the best fast food burgers in the world! I miss them so!!
