I guess I am the new guy on the block, I have been on the site for some time now,I live in Pa. but moved here from The bronx. I have around 50 years of playing behind me but I play like I dont know what. I have enjoyed the ride so far being with several bands. Gave me some pin money when my kids were growing. We have the empty nest now, so I can play when ever I please as I am also retired. The last couple of years I have learned more then all my years of playing. My first gig was The New York Worlds Fair, 1964 I think the year was. Well I own a few guitars. My go to is a Eric Clapton Custom Shop (Blackie) and I love playing this guitar. My fingers dont need to bleed any more. My acoustic I bought a 710 Taylor, another great guitar. Have several others but these are my go to's.All played through a Victoria Victorrete amp. I love this amp account its light weight and more then enough beef. A big change from my Fender Twin. I just could not lift that Twin up any more. I was in the Army for 3 years, served with The 101st Airborne Div in Vietnam 1969. Has been a big part of my life and I suffer from PTSD 40 something years ago. My guitar when I am playing makes all my memories just go away. It has been my best friend for 50 years. I am very happy I have found Roberts web-site. He is a great teacher, Even for an old dog like myself. Hendrix and Clapton has been a big influence in my lifer along with way too many to write about now. Any who, I dont want to write my life story. Just to tell everyone I enjoy being here, Thanks for listening, pete
