     I am from Illinois, USA.  I like to play country 'thumb and finger' style guitar, sometimes called 'travis pickin'.

Hey Ken, welcome to the asylum. I've been trying to wrap my head around acoustic fingerstyle Delta-type blues; a similiar sort of technique, I think. A whole heap harder than it looks... or sounds...
