What about this?






Owner of the guitar is the guy on the right on both pics.  The master builder is in the first pic.  The owner of Heritage is on the last pic in the middle.  He started working for Gibson back in the 50's until he bought the factory from them when Gibson moved to Nashville.

Detroit, that top wood makes my mind hurt. i'd frankly be afraid to play it in public....someone would run off with it. gorgeous. those guys really did a wonderful job...i'm certain that's real mop inlay in the ebony fret board....it's 'wow!' guitar, no doubt. really like the 5 piece neck, too.

Ya, I seriously doubt that guitar will be leaving the house.  But Brian is not a gigging musician, so I'm sure it will be well protected over the years.

woww!! i could stare at that guitar all day!! lovely!!! Id be so inpired with my guitar tutorial if i use that guitar..

actually, i like this second one even better than the first. subtle figure in the wood...i like wood..can't hep mahsef.

The first one was everything the owner could possibly imagine in a guitar.  But now that I've played it a few times, I'd rather keep using mine.
