Robert, trust me, I think it's great to be able to do what you enjoy (besides guitar) and be good at it. There's not a whole lot you can do about the running conditions you face when you get out there, but I'm sure you've made some progress in whatever goals you've set for yourself. You cool! 8)

Thanks Zag - I think I do too much stuff sometimes... now it's time to focus on guitar for a while!

robert, running in mud, but no injury...that's excellent! and a 7th place finish, too...wow!

i used to run. never did that well, though. congrats!

I vaguely remember running, but the only running I do at all thee days is running to fat.  :)

i used to be really fast.  some people called me the gingerbread man.  i loved to run. i was light with powerful legs, i could run and run and run without tiring.  now i'm a fat old half a cripple.
i ain't diggin it.

I never did that cross country thing. I did the sprint thing..... 100yd dash and stuff like that. But y'all know how it goes..... the older we get, the better we used to be.
