i know it's kind of an old thread, but i just wanted to say that the longer i have this guitar, the more i love the sound of it.  i get pretty nice cleans from the roland cube no matter what i'm playing,  but this guitar really sounds good, and the knobs are probably the most linear i have ever encountered. i can get alot of different sounds from this guitar.  but it still makes me want a tube amp for the gritty side.  it would be nice to play my roxbury on as well.  i've pretty muched talked myself into shopping for that sometime after christmas.  i really dig the sound of this guitar.

I noticed Guitar Center has the Epiphone Valve Junior Combo on sale this weekend for $79.  That's 1/2 off normal pricing.
