Hey , im a 34 year old guy , playing a customshop telecaster and a john mayer strat
my gear is nothing special , only been playing a few years but loving everytime i play

i'm going to go out on a limb, and disagree with the quoted part.  if a custom shop tele and a sig strat are nothing special, i wonder what special is?

LOL i was referring to my pedal board and amps , ive got the jet city jca20 stack and an epiphone valve edition 15w
and my pedals include MI effects Blues pro , MI effects Tube zone overdrive , TU2 tuner , BOSS compresser  ,
 BOSS RC2 loop station and a fender deluxe reverb pedal , im really happy with the way it runs too smooth vintage tone

Those are two great amps for the money.  I used to have a Fender Frontman 10G that I thought was a killer amp at the store because I was playing a high end strat through it.  I got home and it didn't sound so good.... A great guitar can make all the difference.  Robert has a couple great demo's of the JCA20 1/2 stack he has...
