Guitar Lesson Overview
Mixing major and minor 3rds is a great way to create variety to your soloing. In this lesson, we're going to look at that.
On top of that, let's also explore the sound of the major 6th. It's another winner to add when improvising. It's a note that is present in the Dorian mode and the Major scale, for starters. It's NOT present in the Minor Pentatonic, so adding it gives you another great note to work with.
